What you’ll learn
Scripting for systems administrators
Pull together knowledge from Commands and Procedures, as well as some web integration. Basic understanding of different software languages HTML, CSS and Javascript.
Hardware
Identifying, using and connecting hardware components and devices including troubleshooting and maintenance. Troubleshoot PC and mobile device issues including application security support. Install and configure laptops and other mobile devices. Follow best practices for safety, environmental impacts, and communication and professionalism.
Operating systems
Install and support Windows Operating Systems including command line & client support. Understand Mac, Linux and Mobile Operating Systems.
Introduction to networking
Troubleshoot device Explain types of networks and connections including TCP/IP, WIFI and SOHO. Compare & contrast cloud computing concepts & setup client-side virtualization and network issues.
