The International Flex EMBA (i-Flex), designed and delivered in partnership with Amazon, Microsoft, Moleskine and Vodafone, is a 2-year Executive MBA aimed at managers who want to combine international studies with work commitments, using one of the most advanced digital learning platforms in the world, developed with Microsoft technology.
With a focus on digital transformation, this program includes a combination of different initiatives, among which are lectures by top managers leading digital transformation in their companies, visits to the digital laboratories of the Politecnico di Milano, company visits to digital enterprises like Amazon and Microsoft, and a Bootcamp specifically centred on digital transformation.
The current environment in which we are living, which has been reconfigured by the emergency we are facing, has forced both professionals and companies to redefine their priorities and needs. In our opinion at MIP Politecnico, however, ambition and personal growth remain − and must remain − at the forefront. For this reason, we have thought about how to help all professionals wishing to invest in their career, so as to give peace of mind and remove any time-related or practical obstacles and to provide the tools necessary for overcoming the modern-day challenges. Modules
The International Flex EMBA (i-Flex) is a 2-year Executive MBA program that allows the students to get the same diploma as traditional, in-class Executive MBA programs, thanks to the digital learning platform developed by MIP in partnership with MICROSOFT.
The program is made up of:
- Core courses in General Management held through our smart learning platform
- A weekly live session on Thursday from 7PM to 9.30PM CET and two mandatory face-to-face weeks
- Visits to Innovative Laboratories
- A third elective week

Assignments/Tests
- In each core course, students will have the possibility to put into practice and test their knowledge by applying their new skills in an individual or a group assignment.
- A final project work: the Executive MBA ends with the Business Transformation Project, an innovation or entrepreneurial project supervised and led by a tutor from the MIP Politecnico di Milano Faculty and the network of the POLIHUB, the Innovation District & Startup Accelerator of Politecnico di Milano, ranked as one of the top 5 incubators in the world

Students will gain the same knowledge and competencies of an Executive MBA and will obtain the same degree released by traditional in-class Executive MBAs.
