Requirements:
Hardware Requirements:

  • This course must be taken on a PC. It is not suitable for Macs.

Software Requirements:

  • PC: Windows 8 or later.
  • Browser: The latest version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox are preferred. Microsoft Edge is also compatible.
  • Crystal Reports XI, Crystal Reports 2008, Crystal Reports 2011, Crystal Reports 2013, or Crystal Reports 2016 (not included in enrollment).
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  • Software must be installed and fully operational before the course begins.

Email capabilities and access to a personal email account.
